Frank DiClaudio, CPA
Frank is the managing member of DiClaudio &
Kramer, LLC. He has over 40 years of experience in public
accounting with extensive experience in audits of employee
benefit plans and labor unions. Frank also has a
strong background in the area of taxation of business
entities and individuals. He works with businesses in a
wide range of accounting and business matters. Frank is a
graduate of Robert Morris College with a B.S.B.A. in
accounting. He is a member of the American and
Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public
Accountants.

Steven Kramer,
CPA
Steve graduated Summa Cum Laude
from Robert Morris College in 1994 with a B.S.B.A. in
accounting. He has over 29 years of experience in
public accounting with a concentration in audits of employee
benefit plans and labor unions. Steve works
extensively with individuals and small businesses on tax
planning and tax preparation. He is a member of the American
and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public
Accountants.
